We find the right wagon, negotiate the deal, and manage delivery — from surplus yards in Eastern Europe to fabricators in Turkey to wagon works in South Africa.

We source from manufacturing partners in Turkey and Eastern Europe, from second-hand markets across the continent, and from direct relationships with wagon works in South Africa, China, and Central Asia. We evaluate condition, negotiate price, manage logistics, and handle the documentation — so the operator gets workable equipment, not a drawn-out procurement.

Track Construction Equipment

Every new railway needs a service fleet before a kilometre of track is laid. We supply and lease phased wagon packages — configured for how a project actually runs.

From mobilisation through earthworks, track-laying, and commissioning, the equipment mix changes. We know which wagons are needed at each phase, and we can reconfigure or redeploy them as the project moves — to the next section, the next country, or into commercial freight service when construction ends.

Fleet Management & Special Projects

Ongoing maintenance, parts, and leasing — and the briefs that don’t fit anywhere else. If it runs on rails and requires real rolling stock knowledge, we’re interested.

We've designed temporary bogie solutions for tunnel operators with unusual clearance requirements, refurbished intra-site wagons for European steel mills, and sourced small second-hand passenger fleets for mining companies running workforce trains. These aren't sidelines — they're the kind of briefs that built our experience.

We also lease wagons to corridor operators and contractors on terms that fit the operating environment: short initial terms, sensible deposit structures, embedded maintenance, and telemetry so we know what's happening to the equipment in the field.

If a wagon is wrong for your corridor, we say so. If a supplier's claim doesn't hold up, we flag it. Independent advice is only worth something if it's actually independent.
